Sunday night, my family and I had the treat of attending the Fort Worth Symphony's summer concert and fireworks at the botanic gardens. My sister-in-law was given the tickets by a former room mother. WOW! We had a great time. Patriotic music was the theme. Towards the end of the performance, the fireworks started. Austin had not seen fireworks "live" before now - his aversion to loud noise had kept us on the fringe of making that choice for him. He was a little apprehensive, but soon got over it. He loved the display! It was a great show.
Tonight, we are going to try to make it to the area fireworks at a lake in our area. We will have our Little one in tow for this one. I'm curious to see how he likes the show! He tends to like whatever we are doing. He's been such a fun baby!
Well, off to prepare for our afternoon festivities!
